It was a real pleasure speaking with Raina Douris about songwriting during the pandemic, attending the BLM protests over the summer, the hateful place that the internet has become and the health benefits of technological detox.

It was an even greater pleasure playing these songs (almost) together. Thanks Matt Ross for filming.

P.S. I dug up some older World Cafe appearances for your historical edification. The 2012 live recording of the unreleased song Bug Hunt is a pretty fun little prog-rock number.
